Something happened to me in my 30s, and I became hyperaware of my health.
I started taking charge of my health--because without it, how can we fully enjoy any other part of our life?
I used to think that meant working out at the gym and drinking spinach protein smoothie shakes, but it's been more about always being aware of how I'm feeling.
I've started following many health influencers--my favourites being Bryan Johnson, Siim Land, Dave Pascoe, Julie Gibson Clark, and Ben Greenfield. They've all inspired me in different ways.
Bryan Johnson claims, "I am the most measured person in human history. I am the healthiest person alive."
He measures everything you can possibly measure on the human body. Seems to me that it would be worth tracking some of the same Biomarkers for myself--to keep me accountable and for comparison.
