In 2018, I realized that I was living on autopilot. My life was going the way I had planned it but I wasn't being intentional.

College degree. Married for 9 years. 2 daughters. Successful career. Perfect, right?

I was a human doing, not a human being.

Fast-forward to today. I actively look for ways to grow. I search for opportunities to serve. I recognize and feel my emotions, not just my thoughts. 

I have a lot of feelings and a lot of thoughts. I used to keep them all inside. It wasn't healthy. And it wasn't helpful.

Now they're right here. :)
